For Kawasaki customers who have purchased a brand new Kawasaki, membership to Club Kawasaki is complimentary for the first 12 months. Please note that the 12 month timer has already begun so take advantage of the features and benefits of your membership now. Your Kawasaki dealer has passed your information on to us so your membership has been automatically set up for you, all you need to do is complete your details and choose a username and password for your account. To activate your account, you will need your membership number which has been sent to you by email. Your membership number begins with the letters RC, followed by 10 numerical digits and ends with the letter C so will look something like this: RC1234567890C. If you have already collected your motorcycle from your Kawasaki dealer and have not received your membership number by email from Club Kawasaki, please get in touch with us.

Return, refund, cancellation and minimum age policies

You have 30 days to return your merchandise; for a full refund or another item of the same value. All returned items must be in their original packaging and in new and unused condition.
No orders may be cancelled as they are dispatched on the same day, however please see our returns policy if required.
All customers must be over the age of 18 years.

Delivery Policy

All items will be dispatched on the same day as purchase and will arrive within approx. 5-7 working days.

All event tickets will be dispatched approximately 2-3 weeks prior to the event.
